Memphis is a village in Saunders County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 114 at the 2010 census.
==History==
Memphis was established in the 1880s when the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad was extended to that point. A large share of the early settlers being natives of Tennessee caused the name to be selected.〔 A (1925 edition ) is available for download at (University of Nebraska—Lincoln Digital Commons. )〕
